D-SAT CSV Import

1Upload your Intercom CSV file
Export from Intercom → Reports → CSAT → Download CSV
2Tell the system which column in your CSV matches each field
Date of these D-SATs (optional — leave blank to skip)
Type the date manually. This will be saved for all imported rows from this file.
Each dropdown shows the column names found in your CSV. Select the correct one for each field.

D-SAT Validation Queue

After validating each case: go to Intercom → open the chat → add the tag "invalid d-sat" (if invalid) or write your coaching note (if valid).

Get from Fetch Admins → click Use next to manager's name.
The tag will be added to the Intercom conversation automatically when you save a validation. Get your token from Intercom Developer Hub
Call Transcription (OpenAI Whisper)
Used for call recording transcription (Whisper). ~$0.006/min. Stored securely in your Google Sheet.
AI Analysis (Claude)
Used for AI conversation analysis in the Validation Queue. Your key is stored securely in the Google Sheet.
Export Data
CSV exports download to your computer. The button opens the live Google Sheet directly.
